Data Deletion Instructions for Five Crowns

At Bonfit America Inc., we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. Because Five Crowns does not require you to create a formal user account to play, we do not store traditional account information like your name or email address. Instead, gameplay, analytics, and advertising are tied to anonymous device identifiers.

If you wish to delete your data or opt out of data collection, please follow the steps below.

1. Delete Local Game Data To immediately delete all gameplay history, local preferences, and stored data on your device, you can uninstall the app or clear the app's cache:

  • On iOS (Apple): Press and hold the Five Crowns app icon on your home screen, tap "Remove App," and then select "Delete App."

  • On Android: Go to your device's Settings > Apps > Five Crowns, then tap "Storage" and select "Clear Data." Alternatively, you can uninstall the app directly from your device.

2. Reset Your Advertising ID (Opt-Out of Ad Tracking) Our third-party advertising partners (such as AppLovin, AdMob, and Unity Ads) use your device’s Advertising ID to serve ads. You can reset this ID or opt out of personalized ads at the device level:

  • On iOS (Apple): Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and toggle off permission for Five Crowns. To reset your identifier, go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising.

  • On Android: Go to Settings > Google > Ads and tap "Reset advertising ID" or "Delete advertising ID."

3. Request Complete Data Deletion If you want to request the complete deletion of any analytics or device-level data that Bonfit America Inc. or our third-party partners may have collected regarding your device, you can submit a formal Data Deletion Request.

Because you play as a guest, we cannot look up your data via an email address. To process your request, we will need your device's unique Advertising ID.

How to submit your request:

  1. Send an email to customerservice@bonfit.com.

  2. Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request - Five Crowns".

  3. In the body of the email, please include your device's OS (iOS or Android) and your device's Advertising ID (AAID for Android or IDFA for Apple). Note: You can use third-party apps from your respective app store to safely view your device's Advertising ID.

  4. Once we receive your email, we will manually process the deletion of your identifier from our analytics platforms (like Firebase) and forward the request to our ad networks.

Processing Time Please allow up to 30 days for your data deletion request to be fully processed across our systems and third-party partners.
