Terms of Service for Five Crowns

1. Acceptance of Terms Welcome to Five Crowns! These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bonfit America Inc. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") regarding your use of the Five Crowns mobile application (the "App").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use or play the App.

2. Eligibility The App is intended solely for users who are 13 years of age or older. By accessing the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old. If you are between the ages of 13 and the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you must have your parent or legal guardian review and agree to these Terms on your behalf.

3. License to Use the App Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Bonfit America Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your personal mobile device solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

4. Prohibited Conduct To ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for everyone, you agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.

• Hack, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the App.

• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or the servers and networks used to make the App available.

• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices within the App.

5. Virtual Items and In-App Purchases The App may include virtual currency, digital items, or premium features ("Virtual Items") that can be purchased with real-world money.

• No Real-World Value: Virtual Items have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for real money, goods, or services from us or any other party.

• Final Sales: All purchases of Virtual Items are final and non-refundable, except where required under applicable law.

• Revocable License: When you purchase Virtual Items, you are simply receiving a limited, non-transferable license to use those features within the App. We reserve the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate Virtual Items at any time, with or without notice.

6. Intellectual Property All rights, title, and interest in and to the App (including all gameplay mechanics, graphics, user interfaces, audio, text, and source code) are owned by Bonfit America Inc. or its licensors. "Five Crowns" and all related logos and trademarks are the property of Bonfit America Inc. You may not use our intellectual property without our express written consent.

7. Third-Party Services and Advertising The App may contain links to third-party websites or display advertisements from third-party partners (such as AppLovin, Unity Ads, and AdMob). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Your interaction with these third parties is strictly between you and them.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Bonfit America Inc. makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bonfit America Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the App, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.

10. Updates and Changes to the Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of these Terms and, where appropriate, providing an in-app notice. Your continued use of the App after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
